If You are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity with authority, its affiliates and all users who access the FlyCI Services through Your account are bound to these Terms.

Use of FlyCI

License: Subject to these Terms, FlyCI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use FlyCI for the sole purpose of integrating it with GitHub repositories.

Restrictions:
- You may not, without our prior written consent, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of FlyCI. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code is strictly prohibited
- You may not use FlyCI for mining cryptocurrency & any other server intensive tasks that do not relate to the activity of continuous integration
- You may not use FlyCI for illegal or fraudulent activity that breaks the laws set in your country of origin, the country of our server provisions or within the laws of USA, where FlyCI is based. We reserve the right to extend the breadth of the laws in which this applies
- You may not use FlyCI services to initiate attacks that might result in damage, harm or adversely impact the availability of FlyCI's server fleet or other websites
- You may not use FlyCI services for transmitting, displaying, receiving or deploying any malicious code onto external services without good intent
We reserve the right to terminate on the grounds above but we are not limited to those reasons. We will and can investigate any improper usage on our users while respecting the privacy policy agreement made between the end user & FlyCI.

GitHub Integration
FlyCI integrates with GitHub to provide analysis of your failing GitHub Actions builds. You agree to comply with GitHub's terms of service in addition to these Terms.

Data Privacy

Data Collection: By using FlyCI, you consent to the collection and processing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

GitHub Access: FlyCI may require access to your GitHub repositories and data. You acknowledge and agree that FlyCI will only access and use this data for the purpose of providing the services.

Security
We have a Security Policy and Privacy Policy detailing the measures we take to protect your data, however, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised parties will never be able to bypass those measures and gain unauthorised access to Your account or data. If you make use of the Service, You hereby consent to providing all such personal information regarding You or Your Payers at Your own risk.
You are responsible for protecting Your FlyCI and Your payment accounts email addresses, usernames and passwords. FlyCI will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from Your failure to maintain the security of such credentials.

Termination

Termination by You: You may stop using FlyCI at any time. Your subscription will be active until the end of the billing period.

Termination by FlyCI: FlyCI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access to the service or license from any account or end user at its discretion, with or without cause.

Disclaimer of Warranties
FlyCI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country of origin, the country of our server provisions or within the laws of USA.

Changes to Terms
FlyCI reserves the right to modify these Terms. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
FlyCI reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the FlyCI Services at any time by posting a notice on the homepage or informing You via Email.

The FlyCI name, logos, domain names and other distinguished brand features are protected by Copyright laws. You may not copy or make use of any portion of the code (HTML, CSS or JavaScript) or visual elements.

Third party services You acknowledge that FlyCI uses third party services to provision the necessary servers and services required to run the FlyCI Service and cannot be held responsible for any interruption to the FlyCI Service as a result of these third party services.
